Ubisoft Uplay is one of the most popular Games alongside Call of Duty, Super Mario, and GOG Galaxy. This app has its advantages compared to other Games applications. Ubisoft Uplay is lightweight and easy to use, simple for beginners and powerful for profes.
Finding your Ubisoft Connect Desktop App Logs
Your Uplay logs already exist and are generated by the Ubisoft Connect Desktop App so you won't need any tools to get these.

If you're sending multiple logs you can always put them in a archive to make for easy transfer. (You can still attache multiple files via e-mail if you prefer)
To get an archive (.zip) file of you logs just do the following.
- Right click on the 'logs' folder
- Go to to 'Send To' and then click on 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
- This will create a new file called logs.zip that you can send to us

What will perhaps be more interesting for some gamers are the cross-platform perks, which include cross-progression or the ability to carry save data across supported platforms. Cross-play also opens wide the doors for multiplayer games that are available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PCs so that players can team up or compete with others, no matter what device they're playing on.

The latter features don't automatically get added to all Ubisoft games, of course, there are is currently a very short list of titles that support it, including Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Riders Republic, and the upcoming Watch Dogs: Legion. Ubisoft Connect launches on November 10 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch while the PlayStation 5 will have to wait until November 15.
